POLLY JAMES’ ART AT BLAEN-Y-CWM

Polly James is an amazing artist who finds inspiration from her observations of wildlife in agriculture at home and abroad. She is also our lovely neighbour and some of her work is now hanging and for sale at Blaen-y-Cwm.

Influenced by a love of wildlife and classical training, Polly’s work focuses on light and life in animals and birds. Her approach combines traditional technique and materials with a contemporary feel, bringing together often detailed focus with fluid simplicity to capture the presence of the subject and an immediacy in the work.
